Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cooking spray
    3/4 lb. smoked turkey sausage, sliced
    1 1/2 lb. skinned boned chicken breasts
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 c. chopped onion
    2 c. chopped green pepper
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. Creole seasoning
    1 Tbsp. low-sodium Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. hot sauce
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 bay leaves
    3 (14 1/4 oz.) cans fat-free, reduced sodium, chicken broth or homemade to equal amount
    file (optional)
    6 c. cooked long-grain rice, cooked without salt or fat
Preparation
    Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
    Add sausage and cook 5 minutes or until browned on all sides.
    Remove sausage and set aside.
    Add chicken to skillet and cook 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is done.
    Remove chicken from skillet and let cool, then shred chicken and set aside.
