Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. (16 oz.) sour cream
3/4 stick margarine
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes (for topping)
Preparation

Thaw potatoes about 30 minutes. Mix all other ingredients together well.
Pour in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan.
Sprinkle on crushed topping. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour. Great for potluck.
