Peanut Butter Roll - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. white sugar
1/3 c. water
2/3 c. corn syrup
2 egg whites
powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix sugar, water and syrup in a deep pan, boil until hard ball stage.
Slowly pour over the beaten egg whites.
Beat with electric mixer until it gets pretty thick and loses some of its gloss.
Sprinkle some powdered sugar on countertop and pour out candy.
Knead several times.
Roll out and spread peanut butter on it, roll it up and slice.
