Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1/4 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Drain pineapple; reserve juice.
Stir together sugar and flour.
Stir in 3 tablespoons pineapple juice.
Add pineapple and cheese.
Pour into greased dish and top with cracker crumbs and oleo mixed together.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes
