Baked Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    nutmeg (optional)
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Stir in milk, sugar, vanilla and salt.
    Place a 1-quart casserole in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan in oven.
    Pour custard in; sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Pour boiling water in pan to depth of 1 inch.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes, or for 30 to 40 minutes in cups.
