Fiesta Fish And Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (11 1/2 or 12 oz.) pkg. individually frozen fish portions
    1 c. small shell macaroni
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. (2 1/2 Tbsp.) taco seasoning mix
    1 medium green pepper, cut into strips
    1/4 c. (1 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Allow unwrapped frozen fish to stand at room temperature about 20 minutes.
    Meanwhile, cook macaroni according to package directions; drain thoroughly.
    In medium saucepan stir together undrained tomatoes, onion and taco seasoning mix.
    Add macaroni and green pepper strips; bring mixture just to boiling.
    Pour tomato-macaroni mixture into a 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Fold each fish portion as necessary to fit pan; place over the mixture. Spoon some of the sauce over fish.
    Bake, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 35 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Uncover; sprinkle cheese over fish.
    Bake 5 minutes more or until cheese melts.
    Makes 4 servings.
