Sour Cream Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 2/3 c. flour
    2 well beaten eggs
Preparation
    Mix butter, sugar and salt until light.
    Add rest of ingredients and beat thoroughly.
    Put in muffin tins.
    May sprinkle top with sugar and nutmeg or fold in blueberries or bake plain.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 plus minutes, until slightly brown. Makes 1 dozen muffins.
