Cornish Hens - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 or 2 cornish hens
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. vegetable or olive oil
3 garlic or garlic powder
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. ground ginger
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp. Italian dressing
3 Tbsp. wine
1/4 c. orange juice
Preparation

Place hens, breast side down in a heavy plastic bag.
Mix marinade and pour over hens.
Seal and marinate 8 hours in refrigerator, turning occasionally.
Remove hens from marinade. Bring marinade to a boil and set aside.
Place hens breast side up in a lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.
Bake uncovered at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then lower temperature to 400\u00b0 for 1 hour or until golden brown and tender.
Baste with marinade or butter every 15 minutes.
