Ingredients

1 lb. ground sausage
1 pkg. crescent rolls
1 c. loose hash brown potatoes
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
5 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. each salt and pepper
Preparation

Brown and crumble sausage in frying pan.
Press crescent rolls onto greased pizza pan for crust.
Sprinkle sausage and the potatoes on top of crust.
Combine eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over pizza.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 375\u00b0.
Serves 8.
