Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
1 stick butter or margarine, melted
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 lb. (1 row) Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli according to package directions and drain.
Add 1/2 stick butter and Velveeta.
Stir until mixed.
Pour into buttered casserole dish.
