Margaret'S Mixed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. cider vinegar
    1/2 c. oil
    6 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (garlic)
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 large pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 large onion, cubed
    1 medium green pepper, cubed
    1 large cucumber, cubed
Preparation
    Heat sugar, 2 vinegars, oil and black pepper, then set aside to cool. Cook frozen vegetables according to package directions and let cool. Add onion, pepper and cucumber. Add vinegar mixture. Let set several hours or overnight before serving.
