Millet Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cold distilled water
    1 c. hot cooked millet
    1/4 c. cashews
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. onion powder
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 oz. pimento (for color)
Preparation
    Place all ingredients into blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
    Can be used as a cheese spread just as it is or place in freezer and freeze, then can slice it as sliced cheese.
