Swiss Style Green Bean Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. crushed corn flakes
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. onion powder
    1 c. sour cream
    4 c. green beans, cooked and drained
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese, grated
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Mix 2 tablespoons with corn flakes; set aside.
    Add flour, pepper and onion to remaining butter in skillet.
    Gradually add sour cream; simmer until thickened. Place beans in greased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Add sour cream mixture and stir to coat beans.
    Sprinkle with cheese and top with crushed corn flakes.
    Bake, uncovered, at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
