Chili Con Carne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. diced green pepper
2 large garlic cloves, minced
2 (16 oz.) cans tomatoes
1/4 c. chili powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 (16 oz.) cans red kidney beans
Preparation

In 5-quart Dutch oven, brown ground beef, onions, green pepper and garlic.
Add remaining ingredients; heat to boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
