"Souvlakia" - Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. pork roast
    salt and pepper
    oregano
    juice of 2 lemons
    1/2 to 3/4 c. oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut pork in 1 to 1 1/2-inch cubes.
    Rub with salt and pepper and oregano.
    Broil on skewers over charcoal for 15 minutes or until brown.
    Baste with mixture of lemons, oil, salt and pepper, mixed well.
    Baste often until done.
    Serve hot with steamed rice.
