Huevos Rancheros(Chuckwagon Grub) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

flour tortillas
eggs
1 small can fire-roasted green chili peppers
1 small onion, diced
grated Monterey Jack cheese
diced jalapeno peppers to taste
cooked and drained ground sausage
hot pepper sauce (Tabasco or habanero)

Preparation

Scramble eggs in skillet with chopped green chili peppers, diced jalapeno peppers (to taste) and onion.
Sprinkle with grated cheese.
