Hardtack - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. dates, chopped
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. flour
    2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
    Add sugar to eggs; mix well.
    Add dates, pecans and flour; mix well.
    Put into greased pan; spread with a spoon.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown.
