Health Rusks(Sunnhets Kjeks) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 2/3 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 lb. whole wheat flour
Preparation
    Melt margarine.
    Add lukewarm water and salt.
    Beat in yeast and flour.
    Let rise until double in size.
    Place spoonfuls on cookie sheet; flatten with moist hand.
    Let rise again and bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
    Cool; slice in two with sharp knife and dry in the oven at low heat until crisp.
    Good with butter and goat cheese on it!
