Irish Coffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. ground coffee
    3 c. water
    4 oz. brandy
    4 to 8 tsp. white sugar
    instant coffee
Preparation
    In a bowl, beat cream, powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff. Refrigerate.
    Prepare coffee using 3/4 cup ground and 3 cups water.
    Drain.
    Add 1 ounce
    brandy and 2 teaspoons sugar to each mug; stir.
    Pour hot coffee into each mug. Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with instant coffee.
