Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 c. water
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
coloring

Preparation

Mix ingredients and cook 3 minutes until mushy.
Pour on wax paper; knead a little.
