Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
3 c. grated apples
1 c. pecans
1 1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
3 c. flour
spice

Preparation

Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0 with pan of water under it.
