Mandarin Cream Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 lb. confectioners sugar
    1 (11 oz.) can mandarins, drained, reserve syrup
    2 Tbsp. grated mandarin rind
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mandarin syrup
    fresh mint leaves
Preparation
    For the Mandarin Cream Frosting, beat together butter and salt in a small bowl until fluffy.
    Beat in confectioners sugar alternately with mandarin syrup until smooth and spreadable.
    Fold in grated mandarin rind.
