Fire House Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can baked beans
    1 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 c. onion, chopped
    1 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    garlic to taste
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Cook onion, celery and green pepper.
    Then add ground beef and cook.
    Drain fat off meat mixture; add to beans and all other ingredients.
    Simmer about 45 minutes.
    Much better when beans set overnight.
