Pineapple Ham Patties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. ground ham
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/8 tsp. ground cloves
1 egg, beaten
6 slices canned pineapple
1/2 c. pineapple juice
Preparation

Combine
ham,
crumbs, cloves and egg.
Mix thoroughly. Form into patties.
Arrange pineapple slices in shallow baking pan. Place a ham patty
on
each
ring.
Add pineapple juice. Bake in hot oven at
425\u00b0
about
25 minutes or until browned. (Excellent for leftover ham.)
