French Country Eggs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 small container heavy cream
    8 oz. grated cheese
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Partially pre-cook bacon.
    Line bottom of casserole with one-half of bacon strips.
    Break six eggs and space them evenly on top of the bacon strips. Surround each egg with a thin circle of heavy cream.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Repeat second layer on top of first, using remaining bacon and eggs.
    Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 325\u00b0.
