Sandy'S Peach Cakesocorro, New Mexico - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 16 oz. can sliced peaches
    1 container Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream
Preparation
    Sift or mix dry cake mix into ungreased 13 X 9 pan.
    Mix in 16 oz. of moisture (use juice from peaches plus enough water to make 16 oz.) in the pan.
    Place peach slices on top of cake batter then press down.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
    Serve warm with either Cool Whip or vanilla ice cream.
