Tuna Supper With Cheddar Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded sharp cheese
    1 can tuna, drained and flaked
    1/2 lb. macaroni shells, cooked and drained
    1/8 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In a medium saucepan, melt butter.
    Stir in flour; cook and stir over low heat for 1 minute.
    Raise heat to medium. Gradually stir in milk.
    Cook and stir until mixture boils and thickens.
    Remove from heat.
    Add Cheddar cheese, stirring until melted.
    Stir in tuna, macaroni and pepper.
    Heat until hot. Serve sprinkled with chopped parsley.
