Pineapple Pears - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pears, cored
    2 large cans crushed pineapple
    4 boxes orange Jell-O
    6 c. sugar
Preparation
    Cook pears until tender, then grind or chop in small pieces. Mix all the ingredients and bring to slow boil; cook for 30 minutes.
    Stir often.
    Put in jars and seal.
    Delicious with meats.
