I Can'T Believe It'S A Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
1 c. sugar
1 c. peanut butter
chocolate stars

Preparation

Mix egg and sugar thoroughly.
Add peanut butter and mix well. Drop by teaspoonfuls on cookie sheet.
Top with a chocolate star (chocolate chips can be substituted).
Press down and shape.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 8 to 10 minutes.
Let cool on sheet for 1 to 2 minutes before removing.
