Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion (medium), chopped
    2 cans jalapeno peppers, peeled and chopped
    2 cans enchilada sauce
    1 can cream of rice soup
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 can tomato sauce (6 oz.)
    1 doz. soft corn tortillas
    Longhorn cheese
Preparation
    Cook meat and onions together in pan.
    Drain.
    Place in deep pan.
    Add peppers, sauce and soups.
    Bring to boil.
