Chili-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 lb. Jack cheese
3 c. sour cream
2 small cans chopped green chilies
3 c. cooked rice
salt and pepper
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut Jack into strips.
Mix sour cream and chilies.
Butter a 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Season rice with salt and pepper.
Layer rice, sour cream and cheese strips in that order with rice on top. Sprinkle with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
