Mushrooms And Onions - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mushrooms
    1 large onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Slice mushrooms to make 2 cups.
    Dice onion in small pieces. Place in skillet of melted butter.
    Heat to boiling point; add water.
    Turn heat to simmer for 35 minutes, stirring frequently. This is always an attractive and tasty addition to a roast, steak, pork chops, etc.
