Sweet Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. each: cloves, cinnamon and allspice
    2 c. light brown sugar
    2 c. milk
    3 c. grated, raw sweet potato
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Add all ingredients to sweet potatoes and mix thoroughly. Turn into greased baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes, until firm on top.
    Serve hot, warm or cold, alone or with a dollop of whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
