Apple Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
sliced apples or peaches
1 stick butter or oleo, melted
Preparation

Mix first 5 ingredients until crumbly.
Use enough sliced apples or peaches to fill a 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Spread the crumbly mixture over the fruit. Drizzle with melted butter or oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 1/2 hour, until lightly brown.
