Marinated Chuck Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chuck roast
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. m.s.g. (Accent)
Preparation
    Tenderize roast with unseasoned tenderizer.
    Mix last seven ingredients together.
    Cut chuck roast into 2 to 3-inch pieces. Pour marinade mixture over meat and marinate 2 to 3 hours.
    Best grilled or broiled.
