Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 c. oil
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. water
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 1/4 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 to 1 c. raisins (optional)
    1 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together.
    Put in well-greased and floured loaf pans or in prepared 1-pound coffee cans filled only half full.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, or until done.
