Parmesan Crisps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (17 1/2 oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, thawed
    1 large egg
    1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    On cutting board, unfold one pastry sheet.
    In small cup, beat egg with tablespoon of water.
    Brush pastry with some egg mixture; sprinkle with 1/4 cup cheese and 1/8 teaspoon paprika.
    With rolling pin, press lightly into pastry.
    Turn over; repeat.
