Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. rice (not Minute rice)
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 c. milk
    1/2 c. raisins
    dash of nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together; put in a casserole dish (1 1/2 to 2-quart).
    Bake in a slow oven (300\u00b0), stirring occasionally until milk is absorbed (approximately 1 1/4 hours).
