Beef-A-Roni(Makes 100 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

19 lb. ground beef
1 1/2 lb. onions
1 1/2 lb. green peppers
1 3/4 gal. tomatoes (1/2 No. 10 can)
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. pepper
1/2 c. salt
3 to 4 bay leaves
1 1/2 lb. celery
7 lb. macaroni
Preparation

Brown meat with onions in steam kettle with 2 gallons water. Add vegetables and seasonings.
Reduce heat to simmer.
Add macaroni.
Bring to a boil.
Cook until done.
