London Broil - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 medium onions, sliced thin
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    2 garlic cloves
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. flank steak, scored
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Cook onions.
    Add 1/4 teaspoon salt in butter; cook until tender.
    Keep onions warm over heat.
    Stir together, salad oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper.
    Brush on top side of meat.
