Sourdough Bread Starter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. instant potatoes
    1 c. warm water
Preparation
    Mix well; feed starter every 5 to 7 days.
    Cover lightly with paper towel; let stand out of refrigerator 8 to 12 hours.
    Take 1 cup out.
    Make bread; give to a friend or toss 1 cup out.
