Ingredients
- 
                            1 c. baking molasses
 
1 c. lard
1 egg
1 Tbsp. ginger
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1 Tbsp. baking soda
flour (to stiffen)
Preparation
- 
                            Mix all ingredients well.
 
Cool in refrigerator before rolling.
Roll thin; cut with cookie cutter.
Makes many, many cookies.
