Buttermilk Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. buttermilk
    6 eggs
    1 small can coconut
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 frozen pie crusts, thawed
Preparation
    Break eggs in bowl.
    Beat with mixer.
    Add sugar and beat. Add buttermilk and melted margarine.
    Beat.
    Then add coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
