Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 medium sweet potatoes
8 packs Equal
1/2 stick oleo
1 large egg
1/2 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
dash of salt

Preparation

Boil potatoes, peel and mash up.
Add oleo, egg, milk, vanilla and salt.
Cream well then add your Equal.
Do not overbake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for an hour.
