Irish Soda Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. dark seedless raisins
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease a 9 x 5-inch loaf pan.
    In a medium bowl, combine buttermilk, butter, egg and raisins.
    Set aside.
    In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients; with 2 forks, toss together for about 1 minute.
    Combine all ingredients and mix until combined.
    Spoon into prepared pan.
    Bake 50 to 55 minutes; leave in pan for 1 minute and remove to wire rack to cool.
