Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 lb. Italian sausage
    1 lb. lasagna noodles
    1 (12 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 to 2 jars ready made spaghetti sauce (preferably chunky style)
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
    oregano to taste
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 lb. Ricotta cheese
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground meat and sausage separately in skillets.
    Drain fat.
    In a Dutch oven, place 1 tablespoon oil and saute onion and garlic.
    Add meat, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, oregano and seasonings to taste.
    Simmer for about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cook noodles per instructions, using 1 tablespoon oil and salt to taste.
