Italian Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. oil
5 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 1/2 cans water (16 oz.)
1 1/2 cans mushrooms, drained
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1 bay leaf
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
3 cloves minced garlic
4 large cans tomato paste
1 large can tomatoes
2 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. parsley
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil in a large pot; set aside. Brown ground beef and drain excess fat.
Add ground beef, tomato products and spices to sauteed mixture.
Cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
