Jo Jo Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 Idaho potatoes
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. pepper
3/4 tsp. salt (optional)
1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation

Peel and quarter potatoes.
Melt margarine in shallow baking pan.
Combine dry ingredients in bag.
Moisten potatoes with water.
Shake potatoes in bag with dry ingredients.
Place in single layer in margarine in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tender, turning once.
Serves 3 to 4.
