25 Pounds Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    25 lb. lean ground beef
    16 c. catsup
    2 lb. diced onions
    2 bottles chili sauce
    6 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 1/4 lb. brown sugar
    1/2 c. mustard
    1 3/4 c. vinegar
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef and onions.
    Simmer all ingredients in a large crab pot for 2 hours or divide into 2 large soup pots.
    Serves approximately 100 to 125 people.
