Confetti Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (16 oz.) frozen shredded hash browns
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 soup can milk
1 small green pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped pimiento
dash of pepper
1 c. cheese cracker crumbs, divided
Preparation

Melt butter; saute onions until tender.
Stir in all ingredients and half of cracker crumbs.
Pour into 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
Add rest of cracker crumbs.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
